Every item from You Charming Thing, You is embroidered to order in my studio. That means a little production time before it heads out the door.

Production Time

Please allow up to 7 days for production before your order ships.

Many orders ship sooner, but during busy times it may take the full production window. Each piece is stitched individually to ensure quality.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the most efficient option.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

• Flat rate U.S. shipping: $6

• Free shipping on orders over $100

Shipping Delays

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are controlled by the shipping provider. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier volume.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
